So this week I went to Liverpool on a business trip. In my mind I imagined it to be this dreary little miserable town, but it actually turned out to be a pretty nice city! It had a metropolitan-Londony feel to it with all of its big buildings and people milling around.
Anyway, the highlight of my trip was the hotel I stayed in. It was AWESOME! It was called The Malmaison and it was located right on the water and it was really trendy and hip. I loved my room. It was decorated in black and orange and it had art deco type decorations. The bathroom was neat too. I had breakfast in bed in the morning and they brought my breakfast to my room in a pretty wicker box. All of it was very nice. Here are some pictures from of my room and hotel lobby. I didn't really have a chance to take pictures of the city, but I am going back in April so hopefully I will have time to take more pictures then.

Wow! That is nice. One of these days I am actually going to decorate my house. I'll probably do something like that hotel. And you have a nice camera, too.
